I’m Olivia, a 20 year old university student currently living between London and Essex. I have just finished my FdSc in Baking Technology Management at The National Bakery School and I am now on the top-up course for my BSc in Baking Technology Management. From a young age I have had a real love for food and a kind-of obsession with it after becoming a type one diabetic, as my daily life revolves around eating regularly and carbohydrate counting. You may also notice that a lot of things on my blog are gluten free related, as I am also a coeliac. I have a passion for creative, pretty things so I’ve created this blog to share small diy projects, easy recipes and the odd review with anyone that is interested.
